I have a question with regards margins - when you say 50% gross margin is that 50% off the MRP or landed cost?

Wish you the same Bhavisha. Thanks for engaging with the post. As an FYI, gross margins would differ from category to category and also within each category across different segments. Eg: specialised apparel like active wear has higher margin than regular apparel. Gross Margins = (sales - cost of goods sold) / sales

Hi Ankit, brilliant & extremely informative article. Just to understand, what all parameters have we included in COGS here? Is CAC included? Do you have any dope on LTV/CAC ratio for the categories?

Have also been trying to understand how big a challenge is discovery of these brands? I believe both find it very difficult to discover new age products. What's your take on this?
